Order 015 - Road Use Regulations - Forest Development

Code of Federal Regulations, the following acts are prohibited on all Forest Development Roads under the jurisdiction of the Black Hills National Forest: 

1. Using a National Forest road for commercial hauling of non-federal products, commodities, or materials without a permit or written authorization. 36 CFR 261.54(c) 

2. Operating a vehicle on a National Forest road without a permit for the purpose of hauling federal or non-federal products, commodities or materials in excess of the following maximum length, width, height, or weight of loads. 36 CFR 261.54(d)
