Tip Top Mine
The project will mine valuable mineral specimens frrom waste dump. The proposal is to use a backhoe or a small dozer to make shallow excavations in the waste dump. The maximum depth of excavation is 6 ft. The excavations will be 3 to 12 ft wide.
