Antelope Mine Rail Spur Expansion
Antelope Coal LLC has requested an authorization to amend the existing Antelope Mine special use permit to allow expansion of the railroad spur area associated with expansion and increased capacity of the coal loadout facility. The proposed expansion will encompass approximately 151.3 acres of National Forest Service land; approximately 118.3 acres represents new disturbance and approximately 33 acres have been disturbed previously.
