EOG Resources RUP for access to BT22E and BT22W
The proposed action is to issue a Road Use Permit for EOG Resources to use the existing road (0.4 mile in length). Also, to authorize EOG Resources to construct and maintain an access road would be a 269 foot long by 40 foot wide construction ROW.
