Bear River Developed Camp Sites
Weather dependent (typically June-October)
There are 30 designated campsites along Forest Service Road 900. Each site is designated by a numbered post and has its own picnic table and permanent fire grate. These sites are $10 per night. Campers can pay at the fee station along Bear River Road or at any of fee stations located at one of the developed campgrounds. Please follow directions on fee envelopes and place your fee envelope stub on the numbered signpost at your site.
Dispersed camping is not allowed along Forest Service Road 900, camp in designated sites only.

Directions
Directions from Yampa, CO, take County Rd 7, behind Montgomery's Grocery store, for approximately 7 miles. At mile 7, the road becomes gravel and turns into Forest Service Road 900. Follow for another 3 miles where you will see a fee station. The campsites are indicated by number signposts at various locations along FSR 900.
