The Zero DxP Stewardship Integrated Resource Timber Contract (IRTC) is located 9 miles northeast of Williams. T22N R2E, T22 R3E, Sects 7,8,13,16,17,18,19,20,21,22 Forest Service will receive sealed proposals at Kaibab National Forest, Williams Ranger District, 742 S. Clover Rd, Williams AZ 86046 before or at 10:00AM local time on 10/29/2025 for an estimated volume of 14,892.80 tons of Ponderosa Pine Sawtimber 14"+ DBH, 10,827.60 tons of Ponderosa Pine Non-Saw 9"-13.9" DBH, and 1,893.20 tons of Ponderosa Pine Biomass 6"-8.9" DBH combined softwood misc-conv marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an un-estimated volume of Ponderosa Pine Biomass less than 6" DBH that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate.

The Zero DxP Stewardship IRTC contains approximately 97 acres of mandatory Precommercial Thinning and 1,188 acres of Precommercial Thinning that may be awarded at the option of the Forest Service.
