Highway 89 Pronghorn Crossing Project
Move approximately 1 mile of right-of-way fence on both sides of Highway 89 away from the highway by approximately 0.1 mile to facilitate pronghorn crossing. New fence would be constructed with wildlife-friendly specifications.
