Poison Lake Trail

The Poison Lake trail is 3.5 miles long and accessed off the Silver King Trail (21017) within the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness near Coleville, California. This low use out and back trail leads to Poison Lake and is open to hikers and equestrian users.

Wilderness restrictions apply within the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness, including motorized vehicles and equipment, bicycles/mountain bikes, and other wheeled/mechanized transport which are prohibited in Wilderness.

Trailhead/Starting Points

Access is from the Snodgrass Trailhead via multiple trail options including Corral Valley (21020), Snodgrass (21013), Silver King (21017), and Driveway (21019).
