Winter Motorized Use Forest Plan Amendment and Travel Management
Proposal to amend the Forest plan to change the definition "over snow vehicle" to be consistent with the Travel Management Rule. The change would change the recreation opportunities for low-pressure-tired vehicles in the winter.
