Snowbird Mineral Basin Howitzer mount
Snowbird Ski Resort proposes installation of a Howitzer in Mineral Basin for avalanche control on both Forest Service and private lands. Snowbird currently conducts avalanche reduction in Mineral Basin using hand charges and Avalaunchers.
