Picnicking

Enjoy a day in the forest away from the rush of the city. Bring a lunch, wade in a icy cold creek or take a day hike. Picnic sites throughout the forest await you. Some campgrounds permit picnicking in campsites at no charge. Please read the information posted at the campground entrance to avoid picnicking in prohibited areas.
