Sisters Mirror Trailhead
The Sisters Mirror Trailhead offers access to Sisters Mirror Lake via the Mirror Lakes Trail #20 within the Three Sisters Wilderness. This trail also offers access to the Pacific Crest Trail #2000.
The Mirror Lakes Trail #20 enters the Three Sisters Wilderness shortly after leaving the trailhead. Wilderness permits are required for both day use and overnight stays from this trailhead. See "Permit Info" below for more details.
General Information
- Day and Overnight visitors: Central Cascades Wilderness Permit required between June 15 and October 15; reserve at Recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.
- Wilderness restrictions apply

- Stock users must use weed-free feed; click here for more information.
- Motorized and mechanical equipment (including bicycles and drones) are prohibited in the wilderness.
- Groups must be under 12 people and 12 head of stock.
- Build campfires at least 100 feet away from water.
- Pack in / Pack out!
- “Take only pictures, leave only footprints”—please refrain from cutting, damaging or gathering vegetation or other forest items, i.e. rocks, etc.
- Please bury human waste 6-8” deep and at least 200’ away from water.

Directions
From Bend, OR: Travel 30 miles southwest on Cascade Lakes Highway (46) and the trailhead is on the west side of the road.
