It is a gravel road that passes Divide Camp Trailhead, Killen Creek Trailhead, Killen Creek Campground, the road to Horsehoe Lake, Midway Meadows Trailhead, Keenes Horse Camp, and Muddy Meadows Trailhead.

This road is usually still covered in snow in the early season so call the Mt Adams Ranger District for conditions. This gravel road travels past high country meadows full of lupine, beargrass, paintbrush, and many other wildflowers.  There are views of Mt. Adams and the Goat Rocks Wilderness.
