Trailhead: Forest Road 88 - Pacific Crest Trail

Provides access to: Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail #2000.  If you head northeast, you will cross Forest Road 23 and head into Mt. Adams Wilderness. If you head southeast, you will walk less than a few miles to Steamboat Lake. From here the Pacific Crest Trail heads west to Mosquito Lake and then south to Indian Heaven Wilderness.  

Paved parking for 4 vehicles and an information board.

Pacific Crest Trail is closed to all motorized use and bicycles.

No fees are required for this site

Directions

From Trout Lake, Washington head northwest on WA-141 towards the Ranger Station. After 1.5 miles turn right on Trout Lake Creek Road/Forest Road 88 and continue for 12.5 miles to the trailhead.
