Communications Use Lease Renewals
Renew communications use leases for existing Maloney Ridge communications sites near town of Skykomish, WA. The five leases are for special use permits which have expired. The new term of each lease will be for a 20 year period, pending the completion of site plans by the lease holders. The 4 lease holders who own the 5 communications sites are Seattle City Light, Maloney Electronic Users Association, King County, and WA State Dept. of Transportation (2 sites). Note: approval of lease for Segelsen Site would be made separately.
