The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Secure Rural Schools Resource Advisory Committee

The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Resource Advisory Committee works with the Forest to recommend funding for Title II projects under the Secure Rural Schools Act. These projects support infrastructure maintenance, ecosystem stewardship, and improvements to land and water health, while strengthening collaboration between communities and the Forest Service.

Current Updates

The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest Resource Advisory Committee is currently vacant, pending recruitment of a new group of 15 volunteers who, when selected, will provide recommendations to the Mount-Baker Snoqualmie National Forest regarding the allocation of Title II funds, fee proposals, or other work across the forest.
