Directions
The boat launch is located about eight miles east of Gold Bar. From Highway 2 heading west, take a right onto Mt. Index Road on drive about half a mile. The parking area for Lake Serene Trailhead will be to the right, while the parking area for Cable Drop is to the left, immediately off of Mt. Index Road.
