Mount Pilchuck Trailhead

Provides access to: Mount Pilchuck Trail 700 and Mount Pilchuck Lookout, which is located on land managed by Washington State Parks.

Open 24 hours/day

Recreation Passes honored for day use fee payment: Digital Passes, Northwest Forest Pass, and Interagency Recreation Passes. Washington State Discover Pass is not valid at US Fee Sites.  

Day Use:
$5 per vehicle per day
$30 per annual

Day use fee payment options: Scan & Pay on-site or display a valid Recreation Pass.   

*Suggestion: Download the recreation.gov app before your trip to have the ability to scan & pay digitally on-site.

Directions

From the Verlot Public Service Center (11 miles east of Granite Falls, WA), travel east on the Mt. Loop Highway 1.0 mile. Turn right (south) on the Pilchuck Road (Forest Service road 42) and continue for 6.9 miles to the trailhead.
