Temporary Concessionaire Permit
Issue a temporary, one year, special use permit for recreation sites that are currently managed by the Forest Service. Twenty-seven developed recreation sites across the Forest which have been managed by the Forest Service are proposed to be managed under a temporary concessionaire special use permit. Long-term concessionaire management of these sites is under environmental review (Campground Concessionaire EA) under a separate analysis. This action is being categorically excluded because it involves approval of a short-term (1 year or less) special use authorization.
