Environmental Assessment - This project re-evaluates the current access and travel management plan on a 91,000-acre area and identifies adjustments necessary to improve the protection of natural resources and to comply with direction outlined in the Travel Rule. This project will designate routes and areas open to OHV use on areas west of Forest Road 22 on the Heppner Ranger District.
