Restoring the El Yunque National Forest PR 186 Scenic Byway
Along the 186 Scenic Byway, recreation facilities will be refurbished or removed. Improve watershed conditions in and adjacent to recreation facilities, through removal of hurricane debris and reshaping of small streams of Quebrada Sonadora.
