Replacement of 7,140 feet (1.4 miles) of 2- to 3-inch steel above ground natural gas pipeline with a buried 6-inch high density plastic pipeline to accommodate a new tap to an existing pipeline located in Warrant 2993 and expansion of ROW to 30 feet.
