Stockfarm Bridge Recreation Area
Stockfarm Bridge Recreation Area is in a secluded area located on the banks of the East Fork of the Chippewa River under towering red pine trees. This recreation area is perfect if you enjoy canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
The campground offers 8 secluded campsites. Campsites have a parking spur, fire ring, and picnic table. Drinking water and vault toilets are also available. There is a picnic area and boat launch available. Garbage service is not provided in this campground. Please pack out what you bring with you.
So, if you like to camp, canoe and fish then the Stockfarm Bridge recreation area is the place for you, conveniently located just 10 minutes southwest of Glidden.

The Stockfarm Bridge Campground features 7 sites and one group site for a total of 8. Campsites have a parking spur, fire ring, and picnic table. While closed, drinking water and vault toilets are not available.

The open season typically starts the Thursday before the May fishing opener, which is the first Saturday in May.

Campsite Capacity
- Maximum of 8 people and 4 vehicles at each camp site.
- Vehicle capacity limit includes vehicles, wheeled camping units and trailers.
Firewood Closure Order
- Our firewood closure order prohibits the possession, storage, or transport of any firewood that originates from more than 25 miles from your campsite. Firewood certified by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Transportation and Consumer Protection can originate from more than 25 miles from National Forest destination.
- Pallet boards are not approved.
Operation of all ATVs & UTVs are prohibited in campground.
Individual campsite fee is $15, or $7.50 with the use of an Interagency pass (access or senior). The interagency pass applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fees or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party. The group campsite fee is $40/night payable at the fee envelope tube at the site. Reservations are accepted on Recreation.gov.

Directions
From Loretta drive north on Highway GG 10.8 miles to the intersection with FR 164. Turn right (east) and drive 7.8 miles to the campground.
From the intersection of Highways 77 and 13 drive west on Highway 77 13.3 miles to Highway GG. Turn left (south) on GG and drive 9 miles to the intersection with FR 164. Turn left (east) on FR 164 and drive 7.8 miles to the campground.
From Park Falls, WI: Head north on State Hwy 7.0 mi. Turn left onto Bear Lake Rd 9.2 mi. Turn right onto Stock Farm Rd/ FR 164 3.7 mi. Stockfarm Bridge Campground will be on your right (North)

OHV Road Riding Info
Dead Horse Run ATV Trail – A short drive on FR 164 links Stockfarm Bridge Campground to the 48-mile Dead Horse Run ATV Trail that begins at the location of the Loretta CCC camp – a dispersed campsite along County Highway GG. Several town roads open to ATVs provide links to nearby towns. The trail also links to the State Tuscobia Trail and the Flambeau State Forest ATV trails.
Boating - Non-Motorized Info
The East Fork of the Chippewa River is an interesting river to canoe in high water.
Fishing - River/Stream Info
Fishing for walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, perch and panfish are popular in the East Fork of the Chippewa River that flows through the campground. There is a boat landing by the picnic area.
