Delich Land Exchange
Mr. Robert Delich has proposed a land exchange with the Ottawa National Forest. The proposed land exchange includes approximately 421.5 acres of land owned by Mr. Delich and 320 acres of National Forest System (NFS) lands. This project's 2/2011 decision was reversed upon appeal. Therefore, the Ottawa is re-initiating analyses to address appeals received. A revised EA is being prepared, which will result in a another 30-day public comment period, along with a separate decision and appeal period.
