93-08-16 - Public Safety and Protection

For reasons of public safety and protection of special biologic communities, the following prohibitions are enacted on all forest service lands inland from the mean high tide line on Montague Island:

36 CFR 261.54A: Use or possession of any motor vehicle on any forest development road.

36 CFR 261.56: Use of possession of any motor vehicle (except motorized watercraft) off any forest development road.
