Evaluate feasibility of commercial or non-commercial 5-year plan for extraction of wind-blown sand from dunes, considering potential conflicts from sand removal with recreational use, off-road vehicle use, and Copper River Hwy traffic. CZMA FL/P(2) CORRECTION: The date of ?Expected Implementation? was reported as October 2009 in the Schedule of Proposed Actions Report published January 1, 2011. That date was estimated at the time that the project was initiated and was not updated when analysis resulted in extension of time before the actual decision was made. Under no circumstance will any project be implemented prior to a decision document and all applicable appeal procedures and time periods are complete.
