2025 Temporary Wildland Fire Vacancies
Announcements for temporary positions for the 2025 fire year are open at USAJOBS. The application period opens October 24th and closes November 6th. These positions include temporary fire/dispatch positions ranging from GS-03 to GS-06.
Vacancy announcements are searchable by using keywords or the city and state of the duty location. Because these vacancy announcements will be part of national and multi-regional announcements, pay close attention to duty location selections.
