Prevention

Each year, our firefighters respond to dozens of fire starts on the forest. Unfortunately, a high percentage of these are human caused. The most common culprit is an abandoned camp or warming fire that hasn’t been properly and completely extinguished. These instances can put lives and property at risk and cost taxpayers money.
