Learning Center

Image of children using a tree bore. Consider the Fishlake National Forest your living classroom. Here you can learn about the natural world around you and how nature and the human population influence each other.

In this section you will find information about the area we live in and how it's been formed over the years. You will be able to learn more about how the Forest came about and the people that came before you.

There's also information that you can use when visiting the Forest, how to be safe and what to look for.

There's even special sections for the kids, as well as parents and teachers that provide resources to make learning about nature and conservation fun and exciting.
