The agency no longer issues a schedule of proposed actions (SOPA) report. Below is the current list of proposed projects available for review—your opportunity to learn more, share feedback, and stay engaged in decisions that shape the future of our public lands.

The Forest Service proposes using a combination of vegetation, fuels, and restoration activities to improve ecosystem conditions and reduce risk of uncharacteristic wildfire and associated adverse effects to the watershed within the Big Cottonwood Canyon drainage and tributaries.
The purpose and need of the project is to respond to Brigham City’s request to relocate a portion of transmission line from private land onto National Forest System Lands.

The Gilbert Creek Aspen Restoration project would restore aspen stands and improve forest health across approximately 7,217 acres on the North Slope of the Uinta Mountains. Treatments include mechanical and hand thinning, mastication, pile burning, prescribed fire, and riparian habitat improvements
Project would connect the construct a connector route between FR 007 and FR 111 over Sinner's Pass. The proposed route would start at the Mineral Basin Road near the American Fork River, extend over Sinner’s Pass in a series of switchbacks, and then connect to Forest Service Road 111.
