Forest Order
Pursuant to Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 261.50 (b), the following act is prohibited on Forest Development Roads within the exterior boundaries of the South Platte Ranger District of the Pike National Forest. Affected Forest Development Roads are listed on the attachment and shown on the map(s) which are made a part of this order that is issued for public safety and to conform with the laws of the State of Colorado.
THIS ORDER PROHIBITS
- The use of all motor vehicles that do not display a current and valid state license plate authorizing their use on public roads. 36 CFR 261. 54 (b)
