Whistler Point
Located on the northern shore of Twin Lakes Reservoir east of the Mount Elbert Power Plant and Visitor Center off of U.S. Highway 82. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout.

Other fishing sites for Twin Lakes are as follows: Mount Elbert Power Plant, Deception Point, Praying Angel, Dexter Point, Red Rooster, Moache, Sunnyside (East & West), Mountain View, and Big Mac Fishing Site. These sites are restricted to day use only and close at 10 p.m.
Open year-round
A valid Colorado fishing license is required. Remember to check fishing regulations before fishing at any body of water. For stocking reports and more information on regulations or fishing licenses, check out the Colorado Parks & Wildlife website.
This facility is open year-round. There is an $10.00 fee to use the site from Memorial Day through Labor Day unless camping within a Leadville Ranger District developed campground.
