Vail Mountain Resort 2007 Improvements Project
The White River National Forest has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement for the 2007 Vail Ski Area Improvements Project. Based on the analysis presented in the FEIS, a Record of Decision has been prepared which documents the Forest Supervisor's decision to approve selected projects within Vail Ski Area. Improvements include a new maintenance facility, restaurant, new and upgraded lifts in Sun-up and Sundown bowls, race terrain and lift construction on Golden Peak, and snowmaking.
