Snake River Land Exchange
The Forest Supervisor has made a decision to convey the 21.06 acre Dercum Dash parcel, with an appraised value of $1,250,000 to Chihuahua, LLC, in exchange for the 42.78 acre Chihuahua Townsite parcel, with an appraised value of $1,070,000. Chihuahua, LLC will make a cash equalization payment of $180,000. Addition, the agency has determined that the Claimjumper and Cucumber Gulch Wedge parcels are suitable for conveyance in future land exchange where acceptable non-Federal lands are being offered to the United States.
