Proposed improvements include construction of a new marina and larger launch and parking facilities at Cow Creek South; highway safety improvements; addition of up to 40 sites within Cow Creek South, Cow Creek North and McDonald Flats campgrounds; and road reconstruction and general resurfacing in these three sites.
