West Mamm Master Development Plan for Oil and Gas Development
BLM signed a decision on June 22, 2010 approving the construction of 3 well pads and drilling and operation of 68 wells into Federal leases. Access across NFS lands (FSR 818) is under Forest Service authority. The Forest Service Responsible Official will now decide whether to allow access across NFS lands via FSR 818, and whether that access would include application of a big game winter range timing limitation (winter seasonal restriction) from December 1 through April 14.
