White River Forest Plan Monitoring Transition
The WRNF has begun a process to transition its forest plan to the 2012 Final Planning Rule (see: 36 Code of Federal Regulations 219). In particular, the WRNF will address the purpose of the monitoring plan program set forth in 36 CFR 219.12(a)(1)
