Colorado Parks and Wildlife - Kelly Springs Pipeline
CPW is planning to abandon a portion of an irrigation ditch and put the water into a 3070' pipeline. The pipeline will be under an existing road. The water will be used to irrigate a pasture for enhancing deer and elk habitat.
