Beaver Creek Campground
Beaver Creek Campground is situated along the banks of Beaver Creek, approximately seven miles southwest of St. Charles, Idaho. Located in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, this small campground rests at an elevation of around 6,100 feet, accessible via Forest Road 411 off U.S. Highway 89 near Fish Haven.
Natural Features: The tranquil Beaver Creek is bordered by dense stands of pines and aspens, offering cool shade in the summer and a peaceful setting amid the rugged beauty of southeast Idaho’s high country.
Numerous hiking and biking trails crisscross the surrounding area, providing ample opportunities to explore the scenic wilderness and enjoy the region’s natural splendor.
Facilities: The campground features five single-family sites, each with picnic tables and campfire rings. Vault toilets are available during the summer season. Roads and parking spurs are dirt or gravel.
