Birches Picnic Area

Birches Picnic Area is a short drive, up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Big Cottonwood Creek runs alongside the site. Visitors enjoy fishing, hiking, and biking.

This picnic site is open seasonally and operated by a Concessionaire. Restrooms are available during the open season. For the most current conditions about this picnic site and amenities available please refer to recreation.gov. 

Big Cottonwood Canyon is a watershed: No pets allowed. No swimming/wading allowed.
