Donut Falls Trailhead

The Donut Falls trailhead is located in Big Cottonwood Canyon and provides access to the popular
Donut Falls trail. To access the trailhead, you must navigate a short gravel road that leads to a small
dirt parking lot with limited parking available. The trailhead has two accessible vault toilets. The
trailhead sits next to a small stream, part of the Big Cottonwood watershed. The area boasts
beautiful views of large spruce and fir trees, majestic peaks, and riparian areas along the creek.

Big Cottonwood Canyon is a protected watershed.

No dogs or domestic animals
No swimming, wading, or playing in water (protected watershed)
No motorized use on trails
This may not be inclusive for all rules and regulations for this site. Adhere to any posted
regulations on site.

Day Use:
$10 per vehicle per three day
$20 per vehicle per seven day
$60 per vehicle per season

Directions

From I-215, take the 6200 South exit and travel a mile east to Wasatch Blvd. Take Wasatch Blvd a mile south to junction with Big Cottonwood Canyon/Highway 190. Make a left at the junction and travel up Big Cottonwood Canyon 8.9 miles to the trailhead.
