Humbug OHV Staging Area Development
To improve OHV visitor facilities for an enhanced recreational experience and resource protection, the project proposes to install a vault toilet, install a loading ramp, install barrier boulders, construct one new ingress/egress, surface all-weather parking area with gravel, construct an unlined 20x40 ft. sediment basin, install two picnic tables & fire rings, and construct about 700 ft. of post and four-rail wooden fencing. North Coast Water Board Category A waiver.
