Clear Lake Sage-grouse Habitat Improvement Project - Phase II
The Forest is proposing to treat approximately 4,600 acres under the Clear Lake Sage-grouse Habitat Improvement Project ? Phase II (CL Phase II) by hand felling and lopping juniper with about 180 acres of pile and burning within the units .

The Horse Camp and Lone Pine units are located approx. eight miles south of the Clear Lake, and Pinnacle is a half mile southeast of Clear Lake. These units are seven & thirteen miles east of Hwy 139
