Mill Creek Trail

Winter Safety Warning! This is a snow travel only trail during the winter months. This is a foot traffic only trail, there is no maintenance to the trail in the wintertime. Trails are accessible by snowshoes or skis. Maintenance on the roads to this trail is not guaranteed. Please use caution and stay safe.
Mill Creek Trail is located well above the eastern end of Clear Lake. Access is via the Poison Flat Trail which starts at the southern edge of Clear Lake, up and out towards the south east. Once out of Clear Lake, Poison Flat Trail levels out and begins to cross Poison Flats where Mill Creek Trail connects and heads to the north. From the Mill Creek/Clear Lake area, one may connect with Summit Trail and East Creek Trail. Horses and pack stock are not permitted at Mill Creek Campground.

When parking overnight or for extended periods at trailheads always secure all food, packaging and ice chests in the trunk of your vehicle. Do not park in front of gates or partially obstruct a fire road.
