Clark Fork Campground
Along the banks of the Clark Fork of the Stanislaus River, just five miles from the junction of Clark Fork Road and Highway 108. Clark Fork Campground is about 25 miles east of the Summit Ranger Station.
There are two loops in the campground: A-Loop and B-Loop. Both loops have paved roads and parking pads.
- A-Loop: 28 sites with table and a campfire ring at each site. Three of the sites are double sites with vault toilets. Water is available at hydrants serving several sites. A-loop is the first to open, last to close during the camping season.
- B-Loop: 60 sites, six are double sites with flush toilets. Three sites near the first restroom are fully accessible.
No fee for parking extra cars in the campground.
RV dump station is near the entrance road to Clark Fork Campground and costs $10.

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.; Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Camp in designated sites only. The number of people allowed in a single campsite is six. The maximum length of stay in any campground is 14 days. Please leave the area in as good (or better) condition than you found it. Often, locations destroyed by thoughtless campers must be closed to restore the area's natural health. Help ensure your favorite area remains open. Max Length for RV/Trailers 32ft
Want use a stove, grill or have a campfire? We recommend, but not require, you get a campfire permit. Get a FREE permit at preventwildfiresca.org or any ranger station.
- Do not burn plastic or metal.
- Please leave the area in as good (or better) condition than you found it.
- Interagency Senior and Interagency Access Passes are honored for a 50% discount on camping fees in the campground. Interagency Annual and Volunteer passes do not provide any discounts on camping.
- Pass number must be written on fee envelope or shown to host.

Single Site: $29 per night
Double Site: $58 per night
RV Dump: $10
Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort operates Clark Fork Campground under a special use permit administered by the Forest Service. Fes paid by concessionaires finance the refurbishment of facilities in the campgrounds they operate.
