Clark Fork Campground
Clark Fork Campground is situated along the banks of the Clark Fork of the Stanislaus River, five miles from the junction of Clark Fork Road and Highway 108. It is about 25 miles east of the Summit Ranger Station.
There are two loops in the campground: A-Loop and B-Loop. Both loops have paved roads and parking pads. A-Loop has 28 sites with a table and a campfire ring at each site. Three of the sites are double sites. The restrooms are vault toilets. Water is available at hydrants serving several sites. A-loop is the first to open and last to close during the camping season. B-Loop has 60 sites, six are double sites. There are flush toilets in B-Loop. Three sites near the first restroom are fully accessible. There is no fee for parking extra cars in the campground.
An RV dump station is located near the entrance road to Clark Fork Campground; the fee for the dump station is $10.

If you wish to use a stove, grill, or have a campfire it is recommended, but not required, that you get a campfire permit. This FREE Permit can be obtained at preventwildfiresca.org or at any ranger station. Do not burn plastic or metal. Please leave the area in as good (or better) condition than you found it.
The Interagency Senior and Interagency Access Passes are honored and provide a 50 percent discount on camping fees in the campground. Pass number must be written on fee envelope or Pass must be shown to Host. The Interagency Annual and Volunteer passes do not provide any discounts on camping. Passes are not accepted for group or double sites.
Camp in designated sites only. The number of people allowed in a single campsite is six. The maximum length of stay in any campground is 14 days. Please leave the area in as good (or better) condition than you found it. Often, locations destroyed by thoughtless campers must be closed to restore the area's natural health. Help ensure your favorite area remains open. Max Length for RV/Trailers 32ft

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort operates this campground under a special use permit administered by the Forest Service. The fees paid by concessionaires finance the refurbishment of facilities in the campgrounds they operate.
