1. Going into an area that is closed for the protection of public health and/or safety.

2. Being on a trail within the Closure Area. (36 CFR 261.55(a)).
Closure Area Description:
National Forest System trails administered by the Deschutes National Forest, Bend Fort Rock Ranger District,
within Deschutes County, State of Oregon:- Snowmobile Trail Newberry #2 is closed between junctions #317 and #321
