Trailhead: Jordan Creek

Provides access to the Jordan Creek Trail #94 which enters the Goat Rocks Wilderness.

Current Conditions
3/28/25: There is a bridge washout at Milepost 0.25 on Forest Road 2140, making the trailhead inaccessible by vehicle. It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk up the road to the trailhead.

Wilderness permits are required within the Goat Rocks Wilderness. The self-issuing permits are free and are available at the trailhead.

Directions

From Packwood, WA travel on US-12 W for 2.7 mi and turn left onto Forest Road 21, stay on Forest Road 21 for about 9 miles. Then take make a slight left on Forest Road 2140. There is a bridge washout at Milepost 0.25 on Forest Road 2140.
