Aquatic Outfitter and Guide Special Use Permits
The proposal is to authorize for 10 years the use of qualified river outfitter and guide operations on National Forest launch sites and segments of several rivers. The rivers are the Skagit, Sauk, Suiattle, Nooksack, North Fork Skykomish, and Skykomish rivers. The Forest released the project Environmental Assessment (EA) for 30-day predecisional review on December 19, 2009. A decision was signed on March 5, 2010.
