Middle Fork Campground

This campground is located by the Taylor River, near its confluence with the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River, which is part of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest's Wild and Scenic River System. It is forested with Douglas-fir, cedar and western hemlock and provides abundant shade. 

The campground is also adjacent to miles of national forest trails. It is located just past and across the road from the popular Middle Fork Trailhead and just before the road crosses the river to the Garfield Ledges and Snoqualmie Lake Trailheads, and the turn-off for the road to Dingford Trailhead. On the north side of the campground, climb a small hill to a picnic shelter and viewpoint for Garfield Mountain. 

There is a half-mile interpretive loop trail accessed from the western part of the campground (right, as you drive into the campground) along the Taylor River with information on the history and geology of the Middle Fork Valley.
