Change all Land Use Allocations to DA-1 (Bull Run Watershed)and DA-3 (Research Natural Area) and update the Plan Standards & Guidlines to comply with Omnibus Parks & Public Lands Management and Little Sandy River Watershed Protection Acts. This project falls under the 2012 Planning Rule Administrative Change (36 CFR 219.13(c)).
